Explore how different learning styles influence the learning process and review how differences among diverse populations require unique approaches and resources.

Selecting, administering, developing, and interpreting assessments for use with individuals and groups to ensure people’s ability to achieve personal career goals.

04 ALIGNMENT
Identifying, organizing, and interpreting information to assist individuals during the process of researching occupations, finding employment, and managing career growth.

05 PLANNING
Learn how to plan and implement career change over the life span, assess competencies to facilitate success, and create career plans to build a resilient workforce.

06 BRANDING
Define branding strategies, create career tools, and craft communications to promote and support individuals through a variety of career changes.

07 IMPLEMENTATION
Planning and executing a successful career transition or job search grounded in measureable goals, proven launch strategies, client readiness, and task alignment.

The National Society of Career Management’s Governance Board consists of certified PCMs, elected representatives, universities, corporations, and the President and CEO of NSCM. All members of the Governance Board share control and responsibility for strategy guidance, and provide approvals, oversight, and leadership of the certification examination and process.
