NSCM’s MATCH PCM Certification Course is a comprehensive training program that prepares you to help others make successful career transitions. Upon completion of the training, you will be prepared to sit for the examination that leads to the Professional in Career Management (PCM®) certification. The course presents you with a ground-up understanding for how to assess, plan, and develop career strategies spanning diverse occupations, demographics, industries, and transitions.
Students first learn about career principles, effective use of assessments, and adult-learning techniques to engage people for the duration of the transition process. Building on this information, you will take a deeper dive into exploring client profiles, selecting occupations, and learning how to create and manage research plans, career road maps, competency gap analyses, job search plans, and training plans. In-depth information in the areas of branding, career tool development, multimedia networking, and the use of social media are covered. Functional concepts and best practices are interwoven into the curriculum, providing a framework for the career management service delivery process.

Cancellation Policy: NSCM reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class due to low enrollment or a scheduling conflict. In the event of a cancellation, course fees will be refunded in full. Refunds of the class fee will be made within 4 weeks of the cancellation date.

Cancellation Policy by Participant: On occasion, you may need to cancel or reschedule your class. If you need to cancel your registration and wish to receive a full refund, we must receive your written request for cancellation no less than 5 business days prior to the class start date to avoid penalties. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows received less than 5 business days before the class will be charged in full. However, you will have one year to re-take the course. Please note that your refund may take several weeks to process.

Attendance: Attendance is not mandatory. It is the responsibility of the participant to follow the syllabus to keep pace with the class curriculum. If the participant chooses not to attend a scheduled class, there will be no refund.

Your online registration confirms that you have read and understand this cancellation policy. Cancellation fees will not be re-credited to rescheduled dates or future classes.
